Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.

Eligibility:
Open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, who are members of RallyPoint (“Members”). Employees, officers, and directors of RallyPoint Networks, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates and its advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period:
The date range members are eligible for entry will be stated in the giveaway description. If there are no dates associated with the post, the giveaway will run thirty (30) days after the original posting. There may be more than one giveaway running during any given time.

Entry:
Members will be awarded one (1) entry if they comment or complete the specified action outlined on a Sweepstakes post. The thumbs up or down icon (often referred to as an up-vote or down-vote) does not count as a valid entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Only one entry into the Sweepstakes per member, during the duration of the sweepstakes period, is permitted. Members can enter giveaways running concurrently to earn separate entries however it stands that only one (1) entry will be awarded per member per sweepstakes.

Use of multiple accounts to enter is not permitted and may result in disqualification from winning a prize. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Prize:
The number of available prizes will be stated in the giveaway description. The winners will receive one (1) $100.00 Amazon e-gift card by email. All prizes will be awarded. Gift card terms and conditions apply. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted except in the sole discretion of the Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Selection of Winner/Odds of Winning:
The winners will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing within 3-5 business days of the contest closing. Potential winners will be notified by the primary email address associated with their RallyPoint user account. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited by the potential winner and awarded to an alternate winner. The winners agree to the use of his or her name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners should allow approximately 3-5 business days to receive the prize. The odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions:
No purchase necessary. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or tampering with the entry process, the operation of the systems required to conduct the Sweepstakes or operate the Sponsor web site, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc.

Limitations of Liability:
Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) misdirected or delayed mail, e-mail or text messages; (ii) telephone, telecommunications, hardware or third party software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Sweepstakes or possession or use of any prize; (iv) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted, corrupted or terminated. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

Disputes:
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court located in Boston, Massachusetts; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Massachusetts.

Winners List:
The names of all winners will be commented on the appropriate Sweepstakes post within 3-5 business days of the contest closing. Winners will also receive a message directly on RallyPoint which automatically sends a notification to the email address associated with the member’s account.
